We constantly feel overwhelmed, and most people break down even with the slightest pressure.

This can lead to a lot of problems, such as making bad decisions, feeling stressed most of the time, having unhealthy relationships, worrying about your future; problems like feeling out of sync with your emotions, bursting out even when it is not called for, feeling irritated or under a lot of pressure, and not reaching your full potential.
